When you try to be tricky and spell words in front of your kids so they don't know what you are talking about, but then you realize that you don't know how to spell. Here is a fun video found on Today Parents that shows that you are not alone.
The conversation begins at a play date, when moms Laurel Coppock, Molly Erdman and Megan Grano attempt to keep talk of meeting at the P-A-R-K later under wraps.
"I would love to — can we do it in the afternoon?" Erdman asks, explaining that she has to take her child to the D-O-C-T-O-R in the morning.
Later, Erdman offers to bring C-O-O-K-Y-S to the park.
"Oh, I think it's C-O-O-K-I-E-S," answers Coppock.
Erdman's error launches a string of hilarious misspellings about everything from Grano's son's pistachio sensitivity to Coppock's inability to spell diarrhea.
As the moms grow increasingly frustrated with one another, one slips and says the c-word. "COOKIES!" the playing kids scream as the moms groan.
Remember the GREAT Kids Snack Box is here to help you provide your little ones with healthy organic or all natural C-O-O-K-I-E-S to discover and enjoy each month.
